Personally, I am not a huge fan of truffles but I dare not refuse a dish topped with truffle flakes. Would you?
I definitely do not give truffles much thought but I had to take a photo while in the grocery store after doing a double-take at that price. $2,199 dollars per pound. Yes, that is two thousand one hundred ninety-nine dollars per pound. So what are your thoughts on truffles? Love them? Hate them? Couldn't care less?
